Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Representative (US time zone). The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Dedicated, private, and secure home workspace or 15-30mins proximity to a tech hub powered with reliable internet (Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet) Use www.speedtest.net to check your internet speed.
- 24 hours electricity.
- Ability to work US time zones. Potentially 2PM - 11pm Nigerian time.
- Ability to work 40-60hours per week. May include weekends and holidays.
- Personal device with functioning camera required for the Training Period
- Committed to full attendance for paid or unpaid 3-week Training period (Depending on contract.
- Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet preferred. with a hard-wired ethernet connection is required
- NOT compatible with mobile internet service providers and/or satellites.
- NOT compatible with Wi-Fi internet access or Wi-Fi adapters/extenders
Computer & Equipment Requirements:
- Windows 11 operating system or newer
- Minimum 12GB RAM
- Minimum 160GB of available storage space
- Wired noise-canceling headset required
- Wired internet connection (Ethernet cable) required
- Wired mouse required
- Dual-screen setup preferred
Essential Responsibilities
- Inbound/Outbound Calls
- Typing speed of 40 words per minute.
- Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently
- Manage customer accounts and provide technical support
- Application Data Entry
- Online chat inquiries as assigned
- Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates
- Time and task management (multitasking and task prioritization)
- Extensive self-study, training, and testing are required; eligibility to proceed through training and certifications is dependent upon passing required exams
- Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels
