Customer Service Representative


We are currently hiring for a remote Customer Service Representative position with the following details:

  • Pay: $25-$33 per hour
  • Schedule Options:
    • Full-Time: Monday to Friday (30-40 hours/week)
    • Part-Time: Monday to Friday (15-20 hours/week)
  • Location: Remote (United States)

Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally via phone, email, and chat

Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to document interactions accurately

Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email platforms, or CRM tools)

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote environment

Positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
