Customer Service Representative

Are you ready to build your career by joining an international fire and alarm protection company? If so, our client is hiring a Customer Service Representative.

  • Remote - located in: AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, MO, MS, NE, ND, NH, OH, OK, TX, WI, WY.


Required:

Must have:

  • Internet Service (cannot connect via WIFI) - Must have modem connection - Must be hardwired to computer via ethernet cable. AGENTS CANNOT TAKE CALLS USING WI-FI CONNECTION. Core i3 with 8GB of RAM or higher.
  • Minimum of 30mbps upload and 30mbps download. Run internet speed test at www.speedtest.net.
  • Minimum of Windows 10 on computer.
  • Modem connection - Must be hardwired to your computer via ethernet cable.
  • Home computer, monitor and headset that will allow agent to answer calls. Must allow required software to be uploaded to their computer and have USB headset that is CxOne/NICE compatible for incoming customer interactions.
  • Call center experience required.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of computer applications.
  • Positive enthusiastic behavior with a desire to provide a great phone call experience with all the calls they handle.


Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls from potential and existing customers
  • Ask specific questions to determine the reason for the call and then transfer to the appropriate department.
