- Contract
- Remote - located in: AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, MO, MS, NE, ND, NH, OH, OK, TX, WI, WY.
Must have:
- Internet Service (cannot connect via WIFI) - Must have modem connection - Must be hardwired to computer via ethernet cable. AGENTS CANNOT TAKE CALLS USING WI-FI CONNECTION. Core i3 with 8GB of RAM or higher.
- Minimum of 30mbps upload and 30mbps download. Run internet speed test at www.speedtest.net.
- Minimum of Windows 10 on computer.
- Modem connection - Must be hardwired to your computer via ethernet cable.
- Home computer, monitor and headset that will allow agent to answer calls. Must allow required software to be uploaded to their computer and have USB headset that is CxOne/NICE compatible for incoming customer interactions.
- Call center experience required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of computer applications.
- Positive enthusiastic behavior with a desire to provide a great phone call experience with all the calls they handle.
- Answer phone calls from potential and existing customers
- Ask specific questions to determine the reason for the call and then transfer to the appropriate department.
