Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service & Sales Representative with experience in Medical Billing to join our dynamic team. This role involves listening to calls from new potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions related to medical billing and credentialing services, along with supporting existing clients with billing inquiries.


Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to new customer inquiries regarding our services.
  • Identify client needs and offer appropriate medical billing and credentialing solutions.
  • Convert leads into sales by explaining services, pricing, and benefits clearly and confidently.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and outreach.
  • Handle existing client calls related to billing, payments, claims, and credentialing updates.
  • Coordinate with the billing and credentialing team to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth objectives.
  • Uphold confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations at all times.


Requirements

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 year in medical billing customer service, sales, or healthcare client support roles preferred.
  • Experience in selling medical billing or credentialing services is a plus.

Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with medical billing processes, credentialing, claims management, and insurance workflows.

Skills:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-first attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to listen actively, understand client needs, and build strong rapport.
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.

Technical:

  • Comfortable working with billing and CRM software, Microsoft Office tools, and remote communication platforms.
