We are looking for a reliable and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative based in Mexico to join our remote team. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience while working from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions via phone, email, or chat
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Document all interactions in the CRM system
- Meet performance metrics including quality, productivity, and attendance
- Escalate complex cases when necessary
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or BPO preferred
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Intermediate computer skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Stable internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps recommended)
- Quiet workspace free from distractions
- Availability to work full-time schedules, including weekends if required
