Customer Service agent WFH MEX


Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative based in Mexico to join our remote team. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience while working from home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Document all interactions in the CRM system
  • Meet performance metrics including quality, productivity, and attendance
  • Escalate complex cases when necessary

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or BPO preferred
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Stable internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps recommended)
  • Quiet workspace free from distractions
  • Availability to work full-time schedules, including weekends if required
