Position Summary


We are hiring a Customer Service Representative for a full-time, remote role. This position is focused on providing outstanding support to our clients and ensuring a seamless service experience from beginning to end.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage inbound service calls and customer inquiries
  • Provide accurate information and support throughout the service process
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude with customers
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Use internal systems and software to document calls and track service tickets


Qualifications


  • Proven experience in a customer service or customer support role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Experience using customer service software and CRM systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
Technical & Work Environment Requirements


  • Fast and reliable computer (minimum 8 GB RAM)
  • Headset with a microphone (no earbuds or AirPods)
  • High-speed internet (100 Mbps or faster)
  • Quiet work environment with no background noise
  • Two monitors/screens required for training (photos will be requested before the interview)
Work Schedule


  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Eastern Standard Time (USA)
Compensation


  • $850 USD/month via direct deposit (paid on the 5th of each month)
  • Training/Probation Period (90 days): $700 USD/month
