Role Description

This is a contract-based remote role for a Customer Service Agent. The role requires maintaining a professional and empathetic approach to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
  • Proficiency in providing a positive Customer Experience and managing client interactions effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently in a remote, contract-based work environment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and software is an advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in customer relations or communication are a plus
