Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, remote Customer President to lead the customer engagement initiatives and shape the brand’s presence in the luxury jewelry industry. The role involves establishing global customer relationship strategies, overseeing customer satisfaction, analyzing market trends, and enhancing customer loyalty. The Customer President will liaise with internal teams to ensure the delivery of personalized experiences, act as the brand ambassador in key global markets, and contribute to strategic decision-making processes to align with REPOSSI’s creative mission.

Qualifications
  • Strategic Leadership: Deep expertise in customer relationship management, leadership, and strategic decision-making.
  • Customer Engagement: Strong skills in client relationship building, retention strategies, and brand promotion initiatives.
  • Marketing Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of luxury brand marketing, customer behavior analysis, and global market trends.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the luxury jewelry market and a keen appreciation of REPOSSI's design ethos is a plus.
  • Educational Background: A degree in Business Management, Marketing, Luxury Brand Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a remote working environment while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is an asset, with an emphasis on French and English.
