Customer Experience Specialist
We’re hiring a Customer Experience Specialist – Egypt-based, remote
We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about delivering thoughtful, high-quality support to join our CX team. You’ll manage customer interactions across phone, email, and live chat—providing fast, accurate, and personalized service while upholding the tone and standards our brand is known for.
This is a remote role, but candidates must be based in Egypt.
What we’re looking for:
- Fluency in English and Arabic, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- A strong internet connection, preferably with a speed of 25 Mbps for download and 5 Mbps for upload.
- Previous experience in customer service and/or sales, preferably in an e-commerce setting, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in using Shopify, Gorgias, Slack, and G-Suite.
- A commitment to excellence and maintaining the highest standards in every aspect of the role.
- Demonstrated ability to pay meticulous attention to detail and respond thoroughly and accurately to customer inquiries.
- An engaging personality with the ability to hold meaningful conversations, build rapport quickly, and keep interactions flowing naturally.
- A strong sense of styling and the confidence to offer personalized styling tips to customers when appropriate. Naturally empathetic, with the ability to acknowledge what the customer is going through and connect with them on a personal level.
- Proactivity and the ability to take initiative without the need for explicit directions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a knack for creative and effective solutions.
Compensation
- $6 USD/hour
- Bi-weekly payments via Payoneer
