Schedule: 5 days/week — Saturdays and Sundays required (2 days off during the week)

Compensation: Base salary + performance commissions

Our client, a fast-growing vacation rental management company, is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join their team.

This is a highly sales-driven role for someone who is excellent on the phone, naturally persuasive, and genuinely great at building rapport. No robotic scripts, we need someone who can hold real conversations, connect with guests, and skillfully guide them toward leaving 5-star reviews.

If you enjoy speaking with people, have strong commercial instincts, and love the travel/hospitality space, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Contact guests shortly after their stay via calls and messages.
  • Request reviews in a warm, persuasive, and conversational manner.
  • Use sales techniques, negotiation, and active listening to convert guest experiences into 5-star reviews.
  • Follow up strategically with guests who haven’t reviewed yet.
  • Handle concerns with empathy and escalate when needed.
  • Track review metrics and maintain performance records across Airbnb, Vrbo, Google, etc.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Strong sales skills, especially phone-based persuasion and relationship-building.
  • High emotional intelligence; ability to sound natural, friendly, and confident.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing high-volume outreach.
  • Availability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday mandatory).
  • Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or guest-facing roles.
  • Experience in vacation rentals/Airbnb operations is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary + commissions based on review performance and conversion rates.
  • Long-term contractor position.
