What You’ll Do

  • Engage Customers: Communicate with shoppers via phone, email, live chat, and SMS to assist with inquiries, orders, and product recommendations.
  • Drive Sales: Identify and execute opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and product bundling to increase conversion rates and average order value.
  • Recover Sales: Handle subscription recovery, winbacks, and abandoned cart assistance to re-engage customers and boost retention.
  • Order Management: Manage order-related concerns such as tracking, returns, and exchanges, ensuring a positive post-purchase experience that encourages repeat sales.
  • Represent the Brand: Deliver a concierge-level experience, ensuring each interaction aligns with the brand’s tone, voice, and service standards.
  • Maintain Insights: Record accurate customer data, monitor feedback trends, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the sales process and customer journey.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 1 year of proven remote/online sales and customer support experience.
  • Must have prior e-commerce experience (comfortable with upselling, cross-selling, subscription recovery, abandoned cart assistance, or post-purchase support).
  • Strong persuasive communication skills and a natural ability to convert leads and close opportunities through excellent relationship-building.
  • 1 year of customer service experience via phone, email, or chat is required; e-commerce sales experience is a big plus.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, CRM tools, or customer engagement platforms is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.

  • A stable internet connection with at least 15 Mbps upload and download speeds.
