Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with a strong background in AI and Fintech to lead our technology team. As the CTO, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company’s technical vision and strategy, driving product development, and overseeing the engineering team to ensure the successful execution of our technology roadmap. This is a hands-on role where you will not only lead but also actively participate in building AI models, software, and scalable systems. You will need to have the technical expertise to directly contribute to the development of key technologies. This is a remote role, but the candidate must be based in the USA and able to work across multiple time zones to collaborate with global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company’s technical vision and strategy, aligned with our business goals.

• Lead the engineering and product teams in developing cutting-edge AI-driven fintech products and solutions.

• Oversee the architecture, design, and development of scalable and secure financial platforms leveraging AI/ML technologies.

• Ensure robust cybersecurity measures and compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate closely with other C-level executives to align technology with business strategies and objectives.

• Build and mentor a high-performance engineering team, promoting a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.

• Manage relationships with external technology partners, vendors, and stakeholders.

• Lead technical due diligence during M&A activities, partnerships, and investments.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or similar leadership role in a fintech startup or company or tech-driven financial services firm.

• Deep expertise in AI/ML technologies, data science, and their application in fintech, fundraising, or sales products

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a track record of managing distributed engineering teams.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and handle complex, large-scale projects.

• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and API-driven architectures.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree (MS or Ph.D.) in AI, Data Science, or a relevant domain is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with early-stage startups and fundraising is a bonus.
