Intern Responsibilities:
As a The REAL Intern, you will:
- Manage and Optimize CRM: Support the maintenance, updating, and segmentation of our CRM database to improve outreach and engagement.
- Data Analysis: Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data to generate insights that inform marketing and volunteer strategies.
- Support Website Updates: Assist with website updates on Wix and manage website user experience.
- Reporting: Prepare reports to communicate findings to the team.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the marketing and volunteer teams to align data efforts with organizational goals.
- Innovate: Suggest improvements to data collection and management processes.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Passionate about mental health and/or social impact.
- Experience with CRM platforms is essential.
- Skilled in data analysis (Excel, Google Sheets, or similar).
- Experience with Wix
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn.
- Open to students, recent graduates, those with work experience looking to learn about the field of mental health and anyone looking to make a difference.
