Intern Responsibilities:

As a The REAL Intern, you will:

  • Manage and Optimize CRM: Support the maintenance, updating, and segmentation of our CRM database to improve outreach and engagement.
  • Data Analysis: Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data to generate insights that inform marketing and volunteer strategies.
  • Support Website Updates: Assist with website updates on Wix and manage website user experience.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports to communicate findings to the team.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the marketing and volunteer teams to align data efforts with organizational goals.
  • Innovate: Suggest improvements to data collection and management processes.


Who We’re Looking For:

  • Passionate about mental health and/or social impact.
  • Experience with CRM platforms is essential.
  • Skilled in data analysis (Excel, Google Sheets, or similar).
  • Experience with Wix
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn.
  • Open to students, recent graduates, those with work experience looking to learn about the field of mental health and anyone looking to make a difference.
