About the Role

We are a creative production team looking for a Senior Editor/Motion Designer with advanced mastery of Cavalry and Premiere Pro. We are not looking for a button-pusher; we need a visual storyteller who combines high-end motion graphics with precise editing skills.


What you will do

You will edit video content and create motion graphics from start to finish. This involves designing complex animations primarily in Cavalry (from procedural systems to complete narrative pieces) while ensuring the editing rhythm and storytelling are flawless.


Autonomy is key

You must be able to receive feedback, organize actionable items, and execute revisions without constant oversight. We expect you to manage your own workflow and deliver high-quality results independently.


What we are looking for

  • Technical Mastery: Solid experience in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma. Advanced knowledge of Cavalry is a must.
  • AI Integration: You understand the current landscape of Generative AI and know how to use it effectively to optimize workflows or enhance creativity.
  • Creative Eye: Good taste cannot be taught. We are looking for someone with a sophisticated visual repertoire, typographic sensitivity, and a strong grasp of composition.
  • Communication: Truly fluent English is mandatory. You will communicate daily with native English speakers via video calls and text.


The Opportunity

This position starts as a contract role. However, for the candidate who proves their value, reliability, and cultural fit, there is a concrete path to a permanent position with full benefits. We are looking for a long-term partner, not just a freelancer.
