The Role
We’re hiring a social-native graphic designer / editor who can design and edit high-performing creative — especially ads. You’ll be cutting TikToks/Reels, polishing UGC, designing thumb-stopping graphics, building email designs, and helping shape Bodology’s visual world across the board. You should be both highly creative and fast + productive.

What You’ll Do
🎬 Video editing (TikTok/Reels + Ads)
- Edit social-first and engaging short-form videos in CapCut (or your preferred tool)
- Turn UGC into high-converting ad creatives (hooks, captions, pacing, pattern interrupts)
- Create multiple variations quickly (iterations are the job)
📱 Social design
- Design social graphics, carousels, story assets, and templates
- Keep content looking fresh, modern, and on-brand while still trend-aware
📩 Email design
- Design emails inside our email marketing platform
- Build clean layouts that feel premium, readable, and consistent with brand guidelines
🎯 Paid ad creatives (big focus)
- Design static ad graphics + edit ad videos
- Light photo editing/retouching for ads and landing pages
- Support new product/campaign launches with full creative sets
🧠 Creative direction support
- Prepare moodboards, inspo decks, and visual references
- Help evolve Bodology’s aesthetic while staying true to the brand voice
Who You Are
- You’re social-native (you understand what performs on TikTok/IG)
- You can edit UGC into ads that feel native, not “commercial”
- You’re confident designing modern carousels + static assets
- You’re fast, organized, and comfortable with feedback + iteration
- You stay current on design trends and AI tools (and actually use them)
- You have a strong eye for brand consistency
Bonus: experience in DTC, wellness, supplements, or paid social creative.

- A consistent Bodology look across social + email + campaigns
- Fast iteration + strong creative testing cadence
