Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Counter Sales Professional. The primary responsibilities include assisting customers with product inquiries, managing sales transactions, maintaining customer relationships, and providing after-sales support. Additional tasks involve promoting products, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management, including meeting targets and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to provide effective Training and guidance to team members or customers, as needed.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer needs.
- Familiarity with the fragrance industry or similar retail experience is an advantage.
