Role Description

This is a full-time, Corporate Trainer - Information Security role at Koenig Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training sessions in information security, adapting content to meet learners’ needs, and staying updated with the latest security technologies and trends. Day-to-day tasks include designing course materials, providing hands-on training, assessing learner progress, and offering guidance to ensure successful outcomes. The trainer will collaborate with other experts to enhance learning experiences while maintaining the highest training standards.


Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Information Security concepts, frameworks, and tools such as ethical hacking, risk assessment, compliance, and data protection.
  • Proficiency in effectively designing, delivering, and evaluating technical training programs.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of adult learning methodologies and the ability to adapt teaching styles to suit learners' needs.
  • Experience with certifications like CEH, CISSP, CISM, or CISA is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Advanced IT skills, familiarity with relevant tools, and the ability to keep up with emerging technologies in information security.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, with prior experience in training or teaching preferred.


Relevant certifications (preferred): CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CISA, CISM, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), or equivalent training certifications
