Role Description
ZINHLE Media is seeking a strategic and empathetic Corporate Communications Writer for a remote, contract-based role. The ideal candidate will craft professional and authentic content for corporate communications, including internal memos, executive messages, and stakeholder reports, that reflect the essence of our clients’ brands in the wellness and lifestyle space. This role requires storytelling expertise, a deep understanding of corporate communication strategies, and the ability to create clear, impactful content that aligns with brand values and engages diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual interviews with clients and stakeholders to gather insights and brand information with sensitivity and care.
- Write compelling corporate communications content, including internal newsletters, executive statements, and annual reports.
- Ensure content is accurate, culturally relevant, and aligned with brand voice and organizational goals.
- Collaborate remotely with creative, marketing, and leadership teams to develop cohesive communication strategies.
- Adapt content for various internal and external audiences to enhance clarity and engagement.
- Maintain ethical standards and a tone that resonates with wellness and lifestyle audiences.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field. Equivalent experience in corporate communications writing or storytelling is also welcome.
