Job Description

As a Copywriter, you will work closely with the Copy Manager and the copy team to support and develop a unique brand voice. You will write marketing and editorial copy for various marketing channels, including the website, email, social media, digital ads, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, write, and edit marketing campaigns, taglines, and product stories.
  • Develop and support a unique brand voice that balances a fun and relatable tone with the benefits of our product.
  • Craft compelling content across our omni-channel experience, including websites, email blasts, social captions, and store signs.
  • Analyze data from marketing channels to create copy that results in action.
  • Write SEO-rich copy to improve organic search rankings.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of products and programs, stay up-to-date on pop culture and social perception, and research other brands to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Edit and proofread copy to ensure accuracy, consistency, and grammatical correctness.
  • Compile, write, format, and edit e-commerce product descriptions to ensure accuracy.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of in-house or advertising agency copywriting experience; ideally within fashion or consumer goods.
  • Dedication to meeting customer requirements and responding promptly and thoroughly.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to work in a team and provide direct feedback.
  • Initiative to proactively address opportunities or issues without supervision.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and create action plans.
  • Flexibility in dealing with unresolved situations, frequent changes, and unexpected events.
  • Accountability for results and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Strong computer and organizational skills with attention to detail.
