About the Role


As the Lifecycle & CRM Coordinator, you are a detail-oriented marketing operator and execution partner who supports the planning, execution, and optimization of customer lifecycle and CRM programs. You have hands-on experience in email and SMS marketing execution, a strong understanding of customer data, segmentation, and campaign workflows, and a proven ability to manage details, timelines, and reporting that keep lifecycle programs running smoothly. This role is critical to enabling high-quality execution, supporting retention performance, and freeing the Manager to focus on strategy and optimization.

What You’ll Do


Campaign Execution & Coordination

  • Support the execution of lifecycle marketing campaigns across email and SMS, including scheduling, QA, deployment, and validation.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with business priorities, promotional strategies, and key company initiatives.
  • Assist with building and updating campaigns within CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Maintain lifecycle and CRM calendars to ensure accuracy, cross-functional alignment, and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate assets, approvals, and inputs across Creative, Brand, and Ecommerce teams.
  • Provide support as needed for special projects, product launches, and seasonal or promotional campaigns.

CRM Operations & Data Support

  • Support audience management processes, including growing, segmenting, and optimizing email lists to improve engagement and revenue performance.
  • Manage audience lists, segmentation logic, and campaign setup based on defined lifecycle strategies.
  • Track and report on core CRM performance metrics, including revenue, engagement, and deliverability, and help develop benchmarks and standardized reporting views.
  • Pull, compile, and analyze campaign performance data for review by the Lifecycle & CRM Manager and broader team.
  • Assist the Lifecycle & CRM Manager in A/B test ideation and scheduling within the testing roadmap; support test setup, tracking, and documentation of learnings.
  • Assist in maintaining clean data, naming conventions, and campaign documentation to ensure operational excellence.

Process, Documentation & Continuous Improvement

  • Document lifecycle marketing workflows, playbooks, and best practices to support scalability and consistency.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and streamline campaign execution.
  • Support ongoing enhancements to CRM tools, templates, reporting frameworks, and automation.

What You Bring


Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in email marketing, CRM, digital marketing, or a related role.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting campaign execution and marketing operations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
  • Experience working with email and/or SMS platforms (e.g., Listrak, Klaviyo, or similar).
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and basic performance reporting.
  • Experience working with content management systems or marketing automation tools.


Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in consumer brands, ecommerce, or retail environments.
  • Exposure to social or digital content management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, SproutSocial).

  • Physical Requirements:
  • Occasionally required to lift and/or move items weighing 10 – 15 pounds.
