This is a contract-based remote role for a Controller. The Controller will manage daily financial operations, including overseeing accounting processes, assisting in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role also involves supporting the integration of financial systems, analyzing financial data, improving internal controls, and collaborating with teams to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.
- Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Proficiency in accounting software, financial systems, and process optimization
- Understanding of regulatory compliance and internal controls
- Analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience with strategic planning
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and independent work skills
- Experience in financial leadership roles or working with fractional CFO services is a plus
