This role focuses on managing contractor onboarding and offboarding, while supporting day-to-day procurement activities across the procure-to-pay process. You’ll bring strong operational rigor with excellent attention to detail, documentation, and follow-through. The ideal candidate for this role is a confident communicator who can influence and align senior stakeholders, take true ownership of end-to-end processes, and apply sound judgment to manage risk, scope, and compliance effectively.

This role focuses on managing contractor onboarding and offboarding, while supporting day-to-day procurement activities across the procure-to-pay process. You’ll bring strong operational rigor with excellent attention to detail, documentation, and follow-through. The ideal candidate for this role is a confident communicator who can influence and align senior stakeholders, take true ownership of end-to-end processes, and apply sound judgment to manage risk, scope, and compliance effectively.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate contractor requirements, scope, budget, and approvals while ensuring procurement and classification compliance.
- Prepare, review, and manage contracts, partnering with Legal to ensure timely execution.
- Maintain contractor and vendor records in systems like Workday, Coupa, and contract management tools.
- Act as the main point of contact for contractor onboarding, coordinating with Finance, IT, and business teams.
- Track contract end dates, manage extensions or terminations, and ensure smooth offboarding and access removal.
- Ensure accurate invoicing, resolve financial issues, and retain compliance documentation.
- Monitor risks related to misclassification and scope, and support audit and compliance requirements.
- Continuously improve onboarding/offboarding workflows and track KPIs such as cycle time and contract compliance.
We're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:
- Previous experience in procurement operations, vendor management, contractor onboarding, or HR operations within a mid-to-large organization.
- Hands-on experience managing the full contractor lifecycle, including onboarding, extensions, and terminations.
- Proven ability to partner with Legal, Finance/AP, IT, and business stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
- Strong background in contract administration, including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and amendments.
- Experience ensuring compliance with independent contractor classification and related risk controls.
- Working knowledge of procurement policies, approval frameworks, audit requirements, and contract management systems.
