Job Description:

Connected Care is in search of clinicians licensed in the State of California who will provide assessment, treatment planning, and therapy using evidence-based practices. Connected Care encourages providers to use evidence-based practices that fit their style, training, and expertise. The list of job duties includes:

· Provide services: provide assessment, treatment planning, and individual and/or family therapy.

· Document the care you provide: access our electronic health record platform to document the care you provide.

· Set your own flexible schedule to meet your practice needs with a minimum of four hours per week.

· Paid $80/hour for rendered services

· As needed, correct documented services in response to audit recommendations.

· Immediately notify Connected Care of any pending or actual litigation, judgment, or administrative investigation that may impact ability to maintain professional licensure, liability insurance coverage, or both.

Additional Requirements:

Maintain an active, current, and in-good standing license with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as either: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, and/or Licensed Psychologist
Maintain professional liability insurance
Submit documentation through Connected Care’s electronic health record system
Adhere to professional and legal requirements including those associated with Business and Professional Code, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, and professional standards set by contractor’s professional licensure.
