Job Summary:

IPH is seeking an experienced Contract Technical Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting across our technology and digital functions. This role will partner closely with the Principal Technical Recruiter and hiring leaders to execute recruiting strategies, source top talent, and support global recruiting efforts in a remote environment.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is effective managing multiple requisitions while collaborating with stakeholders across different regions. The ideal candidate will be able to manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from intake through offer acceptance for technical roles.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR to define role requirements, sourcing strategies, and timelines.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from intake through offer acceptance—for technical roles.
  • Source, engage, and qualify candidates using creative and data-driven approaches.
  • Support global sourcing and recruiting efforts across India, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada.
  • Deliver a strong candidate experience with consistent and transparent communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Advise and coach hiring managers on best-practice interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records in the Workday ATS and other systems as required.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
  • Share timely recruitment updates and metrics with internal stakeholders.
  • Represent IPH’s values and culture as a brand ambassador to candidates and external partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (one year of relevant experience may substitute for one year of education).
  • 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including recent experience supporting technical roles.
  • While the majority of technical recruiting will be focused on the U.S. having demonstrated experience with global sourcing and full-cycle recruitment across multiple regions is highly valuable.
  • Prior experience with Workday ATS.
  • Proven ability to manage a high volume of requisitions with accuracy and urgency.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency with recruiting tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results in a remote, contract capacity.

Contract Details:

  • Expected Duration: 4–6 months (subject to change based on business needs).
  • Engagement Type: 1099 Contract.
  • Schedule: Full-time hours preferred during standard business days.
  • Location: Remote.
