Responsibilities

We specialize in placing individuals in roles ranging from entry-level to VP level across various fields, including Customer Success, Sales & Marketing, Finance & Accounting, Administrative, HR, Operations, and Technology. Our expertise spans contract/temporary, temporary-to-permanent, permanent, and payrolling services, and we are dedicated to promoting equitable hiring practices on a national scale.
- Ensure compliance with law (e.g. copyright and data protection)
- Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and users engagement metrics
- Liaise with content writers to ensure brand consistency
- Edit, proofread and improve writers’ posts
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style, and layout
- Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets
- Excellent writing skills in English
- Attention to detail
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- 100% Remote (US)
- 6-month contract with the potential to extend
- 3+ years of content operations experience
- Manage and optimize content and copyright moderation workflows, including DMCA processes, takedown requests, and internal escalations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure regulatory compliance and streamline risk mitigation strategies.
- Enhance content integrity systems by identifying opportunities for automation and scaling policies across global markets.
- Leverage tools like Zendesk, Airtable, and AI platforms to manage operational queues and improve efficiency in content operations.
- $38.06 - $38.71 /hour Pay Rate
