We’re now hiring a Content & Communications Marketing Specialist to join our lean marketing team and help us build authority, generate demand and support commercial growth.

The role

This is a hands-on, individual contributor role for someone who can produce high-quality B2B content and execute core communications activity with strong judgment and clear prioritisation.

You’ll work closely with senior leadership, sales, customer success and internal subject-matter experts to shape and produce content that supports:

  • lead generation
  • pipeline progression
  • sales enablement
  • brand credibility & thought leadership


What you’ll do (core focus)

Content production (primary focus)

  • Own content execution end-to-end across long-form and editorial assets
  • Produce high-impact content with reuse/lifecycle in mind
  • Turn complex topics (public health, NHS, digital health, workplace health, prevention, data) into clear, compelling narratives
  • Shape content themes, angles and storylines aligned to commercial priorities
  • Create: blogs, case studies. lead magnets (reports, eBooks, toolkits), webinar narratives. event presentation narratives & campaign support content

Communications (selective / pragmatic execution)

  • Manage a high-quality corporate LinkedIn presence
  • Support thought leadership narratives for senior leaders
  • Create pre-event content (descriptions, bios, speaker support)
  • Support webinar and event comms before/after sessions
  • Help identify communications opportunities and package stories clearly


What we’re looking for (essential)

  • 3+ years in a B2B content / communications role
  • Proven experience owning content delivery end-to-end
  • Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills
  • Ability to extract insights and point-of-view from SMEs, data and case studies
  • Commercial awareness and comfort working toward near-term revenue / sales objectives
  • Strong organisation and stakeholder management
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced scale-up / start-up environment
  • High attention to detail and quality standards
  • Ability to self-prioritise


Nice to have

  • Experience in digital health / healthtech / NHS / public health / workplace wellbeing
  • WordPress experience
  • Familiarity with analytics / UTMs / content performance reporting
  • Experience briefing designers and working from templates
  • Basic Adobe (InDesign / Photoshop) confidence
  • Experience in small businesses or lean teams
