About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Content Creator to own our social media presence. You will be responsible for telling our story and the stories of our incredible partner brands across all digital platforms. This role is perfect for a creative individual who loves pop culture, understands the digital landscape, and is an expert in crafting engaging, high-quality content.

What You'll Be Doing:

Conceptualize, shoot, and edit compelling short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, etc.) that showcases the power of brand licensing.
Manage our social media channels day-to-day, primarily LinkedIn, Instagram, and X, including content scheduling, posting, and community engagement.
Develop and execute a content calendar that aligns with our business goals and upcoming brand collaborations.
Design visually appealing graphics and carousels for announcements, case studies, and brand highlights.
Collaborate directly with the founder and our partner brands to create exciting co-branded content and campaigns.
Monitor social media analytics to track performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.

What We're Looking For (The Essentials):

1-2 years of proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
Essential proficiency in video editing. Your portfolio must demonstrate strong skills in creating polished, engaging short-form videos.
Demonstrable experience managing professional social media accounts, particularly on LinkedIn and Instagram.
A strong portfolio showcasing your video, editing, and graphic design skills is required for consideration.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
