About the Role

We’re looking for a highly creative and proactive Content Creation Intern who can turn ideas into engaging, meaningful content.

This role is focused on concept development, storytelling, and content production — not heavy editing and not community management.

You’ll work directly with the Founder to shape Beauty Bell’s content direction and bring fresh ideas consistently.


What You’ll Do✨ Create & Develop
  • Brainstorm and develop original content ideas aligned with Beauty Bell’s mission
  • Plan short-form content concepts (Reels, TikTok, Stories)
  • Create scripts, hooks, captions, and content outlines
  • Participate in content planning sessions
🎥 Produce
  • Record simple short-form videos (if required)
  • Coordinate content with beauty artists or creators
  • Ensure content feels authentic, inspiring, and aligned with brand identity
  • Do light editing when needed (basic trimming, subtitles)
📊 Learn & Improve
  • Review content performance (views, engagement, retention)
  • Suggest improvements based on insights
  • Stay updated with social media trends and adapt them strategically

    Compensation
    • Base stipend: IDR 500K – 1M/month

    Requirements
    • Passionate about storytelling and social media
    • Strong idea generation ability
    • Understand Instagram & TikTok trends
    • Comfortable being creative on camera (plus point)
    • Basic editing knowledge (CapCut/Canva is enough)
    • Strong writing skills (English & Bahasa Indonesia)
    • Disciplined and consistent
    • Own laptop & stable internet
    • Available for regular online check-ins
