JOB: Content and Engagement Officer(Organic Brand)
Mandla Organic is a fast-growing brand passionate about natural, sustainable, and healthy living. We're looking for a creative and strategic Content and Engagement Officer to help us share our story, grow our audience, and engage our community with authentic and impactful content.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage engaging content across our digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Develop and execute social media campaigns that reflect our organic values and connect with our target audience
Monitor and respond to community interactions in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with the design and product teams to promote new products, partnerships, and brand initiatives
Track engagement metrics and provide insights for content improvement
Support email marketing, blog writing, and other brand storytelling efforts
What We’re Looking For:
A passion for organic living, sustainability, or health-related content
1–2 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing
Excellent writing and communication skills
Creative eye for visuals and an understanding of brand voice
Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools
Self-driven, organized, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
