The Remote Contact Center Representative handles inbound and outbound communications with customers through phone and digital channels. This role focuses on resolving inquiries, providing information, and delivering excellent service.


Job Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries

• Provide product or service information to customers

• Update customer records in contact center software

• Assist with order status, account updates, and service questions

• Follow established call handling procedures

• Maintain high service quality and professionalism


Qualifications:

• Contact center or customer service experience preferred

• Excellent communication and listening skills
