Remote Construction Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to join our remote team at Roomi Group Corporation.


Responsibilities:


  • Review project plans, specifications, and client communication to determine project scope and requirements.
  • Utilize estimating software and tools to create take-offs and proposals based on company SOPs and protocols.
  • Identify potential risks and challenges that may impact project costs and schedules.
  • Respond to client requests for breakouts, SOVs, VE’s, pricing adjustments, escalations, and other scenarios.


Requirements:


  • Master’s degree required (relevant to design, engineering, architecture, or estimating)
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience specifically in design and engineering or architectural or Estimating 
  • Demonstrated senior-level capability with proven depth of expertise
  • Very strong proficiency in reading blueprints.
  • Very strong proficiency in using software – estimating software, Excel, Word and PDF readers.
  • Detailed, organized, and precise.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stokehold


Compensation

  • PHP 80,000 – 100,000 monthly, based on experience and qualifications
  • Willingness to adhere to a ramp-up compensation structure (required):
  •    * 50% pay during the first 2 months
  •    * Full pay beginning in the 3rd month
