Our client, based in Virginia, operates across South Carolina, North Carolina, Louisiana, Maryland, and Arizona, delivering exceptional commercial projects. They specialize in fitness, retail, restaurants, medical, and office projects ranging from $1 million to $10 million.

What You’ll Do:

Prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial projects, including conceptual, hard bids, and negotiated bids.
Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements to develop competitive proposals.
Collaborate with clients, project teams, and subcontractors to ensure accurate and complete bids.
Research local pricing and conditions in relevant regions to ensure competitive cost estimates.
Maintain and update estimating tools, databases, and cost records.

What You Bring:

Proven experience as an Estimator, with a track record of bidding on projects in South Carolina, North Carolina, Louisiana, Maryland, or Arizona.
Expertise in commercial construction, particularly in fitness, retail, restaurants, medical, or office sectors.
Strong understanding of construction costs, materials, and methods.
Proficiency in estimating software such as ProEst, Bluebeam, or similar tools.
Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
