Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Compliance Officer. The Compliance Officer will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the organization's adherence to regulatory compliance requirements, developing and maintaining compliance programs, policies, and procedures. Additional responsibilities include identifying and mitigating compliance risks, conducting audits, providing reports to management, and staying updated on industry trends and regulatory changes. The Compliance Officer will also collaborate with other departments to ensure a culture of compliance and adherence to applicable financial and legal regulations.

Qualifications

Strong background in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance, with a demonstrated ability to create and implement effective compliance programs.
Excellent Analytical Skills, with experience in identifying risks, assessing compliance gaps, and delivering actionable solutions.
Exceptional Communication skills, including the ability to clearly convey complex regulatory information to various stakeholders.
Knowledge and experience in Finance to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) or similar are a plus.
