Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Compliance Manager. The Compliance Manager will oversee and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include monitoring financial regulations, conducting compliance risk assessments, developing policies and procedures, and providing guidance to internal teams. This role requires ensuring the company's operations are conducted ethically and meet required industry standards.

  • Proficiency in policy development and implementation
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication, training, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
  • Experience in the financial or technology industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field required; advanced certifications (e.g., CCEP, CRCP) are a plus
