Herzing College Ottawa is looking for energetic, outgoing professionals to join our Faculty Team as a Community Service Worker program instructor starting January 5th, 2026

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years work experience in the field.
• A post secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field

Successful candidates for this position must demonstrate the following:

• Ability to provide online instruction
• Ability to work with a high degree of integrity and confidentiality.
• Ability to facilitate learning material and lead discussions
• Occupational experience with a degree, in the following fields: Community Service Work
• Passion for education and instruction.
• Superior time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Well-developed communication skills; both written and verbal.
• Ability to adhere to strict deadlines.
• Management or supervisory experience is a definite asset.
• Experience with a Learning Management System is an asset (Moodle preferred).
• Experience with TEAMS and O365 Suite
