Role Description
This is a remote, contract-based role for a Commission Sales Associate at Yral Foods. The individual will actively identify and engage with potential B2B and B2C customers to promote and sell Yral Foods' premium range of Indian food products. Responsibilities include building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying market opportunities, achieving sales targets, and representing the Yral Foods brand. The role also involves staying informed about product offerings to provide excellent customer support and identifying customer needs effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, client relationship management, and account development
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the food industry, particularly Indian food products and spices
- Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and adapt to diverse customer needs
- Familiarity with B2C and B2B sales processes, including private labeling and wholesale supply
- Proficiency in CRM tools, market research, and identifying growth opportunities
- Multilingual proficiency or understanding of the local language in target markets is a plus
- Understanding of export regulations and international trade is advantageous
