We’re expanding FAST and looking for a high-energy, commission-based Sales Rep to help book our cake-decorating events across South Florida.
Frost & Sprinkle™ is a unique experience brand offering:

If you love talking to people, closing deals, and getting paid per event you book, this role is for you.
- Reach out to HR/office managers, event planners, admins, and team leaders
- Use LinkedIn, email, and light calling to generate conversations
- Respond to inbound leads
- Follow up with warm prospects
- Close corporate, private, and kids event bookings
- Schedule events using our booking link
- Track everything in HubSpot (provided)
You will be selling a fun, high-demand experience that companies LOVE.
⭐ Compensation (Commission Only)Earn fixed milestone payments for each event booked:
💼 Corporate Events: $125 per booking
🥂 Private Adult Events: $75 per booking
🧁 Kids Parties: $50 per booking
👉 Unlimited earnings — the more you book, the more you earn.
Top performers earn $1,500–$4,000/mo depending on volume.
