Position: Sales Cold Calling Specialist

We’re looking for a Sales Cold Calling Specialist to join our team! This is a remote position for individuals eager to engage in cold-calling activities to generate leads and drive business growth. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you’ll play a crucial role in setting up our sales team for success.

What You’ll Do:

  • Outreach: Conduct proactive outbound prospecting and establish rapport with potential clients to demonstrate the value of AG Marketing's services.
  • CRM Management: Diligently maintain records of all sales activities, follow-ups, and customer interactions in our CRM system (Salesforce or similar).
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to schedule meetings and ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate actively in sales coaching sessions to refine your skills and improve performance.

What We Offer:

  • Base Salary: $700 monthly with uncapped commission potential, with average monthly earnings of $1,000 USD.

About You:

  • Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales, customer service, or cold calling is a strong plus.
  • English Proficiency: fluent in American English at a native level (preferably with U.S. residency or study experience)
  • Driven by Results: If you’re motivated by the challenge of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong Communicator: You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and can build rapport quickly.
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented: You can manage multiple leads and follow-ups precisely, staying organized through a CRM.
  • Adaptability: You thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment and are open to feedback and coaching.
