Role Description
As a Co-Founder specializing in growth & client acquisition, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and development of Stellar Softworks. In this part-time, remote role, you will oversee client acquisition strategies, lead marketing and sales initiatives, build and nurture customer relationships, and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for growth. Your contributions will directly impact the success and scalability of our organization.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate data, identify growth opportunities, and measure performance effectively
- Excellent communication skills for both internal collaboration and external client engagement
- Proven expertise in sales and marketing, including developing strategies to attract and retain customers
- Proficiency in conducting market research to identify client needs and industry trends
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously and take ownership of initiatives
- Experience in business development or leadership roles is a plus
