Looking for a Co-Founder to Lead Customer Acquisition at JobEase
We're driving JobEase — an AI-powered job application platform that helps job seekers land interviews 10x faster with smart resume tailoring, auto-apply, and interview prep.
The product is built. Now we need a hustler to help get it in front of users.
What we're looking for:
Someone obsessed with growth, marketing, and sales
- Experience in B2C SaaS, customer acquisition, or growth marketing
- Comfortable with equity-only compensation (this is a co-founder role, not a job)
- Based in Canada or US
What you'll do:
Own user acquisition strategy and execution
- Build partnerships (bootcamps, career coaches, universities)
- Drive our Product Hunt launch and social media presence
- Help shape the company's go-to-market strategy
