- Dual-threshold GNSS geofencing + velocity gating (reduced false alarms)
- IMU / vibration / tamper / shore-power loss triggers
- Encrypted low-power mesh + LTE/5G/NB-IoT (or satellite)
- Backup power failover + secure remote immobilization
- Cloud alerts + forensic telemetry (marinas, fleets, insurers)

You are the founding CTO. You own the full stack:
- Marine hardware + embedded firmware (low-power, secure boot, OTA)
- GNSS+IMU sensor fusion + mesh networking
- AWS IoT backend (microservices/Kubernetes) + mobile app interface
- FCC/CE pathway and manufacturing/ECM partnerships
- IP/patent strategy support
- No salary. No consulting. Founder commitment only.
- 10+ years embedded/IoT leadership
- Shipped secure connected devices end-to-end
- GNSS/IMU + low-power wireless/mesh experience
- AWS IoT + scalable backend experience
