Role Description

This is a remote Co-Founder role at AW MIA. As a Co-Founder, you will be actively involved in shaping the company’s vision, strategy, and operations. Key responsibilities include identifying market opportunities, directing sales and marketing efforts, conducting market research, and building strategic partnerships. You will help lead essential decision-making processes and ensure alignment with the company’s mission of delivering inclusive, tech-enabled luxury lingerie solutions.

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills to effectively represent the company and foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Proven expertise in Luxury Fashion Industry
Ability to conduct thorough research to inform decision-making and develop strategies
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to innovate and lead in a fast-paced startup environment
Experience in fashion-tech, e-commerce, or related industries is an advantage
Prior leadership experience, particularly in co-founding or scaling a startup, is highly desirable
