Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Co-Founder. As a Co-Founder, you will collaborate on defining the strategic vision and overall direction of the company, contribute to the development and execution of business strategies, and drive innovation. You will also play an active role in building teams, fostering partnerships, securing funding, and ensuring sustainable growth of the organization.

Qualifications

Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in leadership, strategic planning, and business management
Strong understanding of product development, market research, and operations
Proficiency in fundraising, investor relations, and financial planning
Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
Ability to build and manage teams effectively in a remote work environment
Passion for innovation and ability to adapt to a dynamic startup environment
Experience in the relevant industry or sector is a plus
Advanced degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, or a related field is advantageous but not required
