Role Overview: We are hiring a Cloud & Generative AI Capability Head to lead our strategic efforts in cloud infrastructure and AI-driven innovation. This role will play a key part in shaping the technology roadmap, driving adoption of generative AI, and building a robust, scalable, and secure cloud foundation across our ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Define and lead the strategy for cloud adoption and generative AI across the group. Build and manage a high-impact team focused on delivering cloud-based and Gen AI-enabled solutions. Drive implementation of secure, scalable, and cost-efficient cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Explore and implement generative AI models and APIs to solve business challenges. Work closely with the Presales team to develop solution proposals and technical narratives. Participate in client demos, presentations, and discussions to showcase AI capabilities. Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to integrate AI into core offerings. Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI and cloud, and assess relevance to business goals. Promote best practices in cloud security, data governance, and AI model management. Requirements: 6+ years of hands-on experience in cloud technologies and AI/ML implementations. Strong understanding of cloud architecture, DevOps, and infrastructure design. Proven experience working with Generative AI tools, models (LLMs), and APIs. Experience working in client-facing roles, including presales or solution consulting. Ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Comfortable working in fast-paced, remote, and cross-functional environments.
