Job Description

Vyxyntra Corporation

Senior Clinical Compliance Infrastructure Lead (Long-Term Healthcare)

Engagement Type:
Executive Advisory Contract (2-Year Term)

Transitioning to Paid Strategic Executive Role Post-Funding

Compensation Structure

Pre-funding: Advisory engagement (structured, documented collaboration)

Post-funding: Paid contract role (market-competitive executive compensation)

Potential performance-based incentives tied to successful system development, deployment readiness, and platform adoption

This is not an entry-level consulting role. This is a foundational leadership position responsible for building the clinical and compliance infrastructure layer of a new healthcare technology platform.

Role Purpose

Vyxyntra is building enterprise-grade regulatory infrastructure technology for long-term healthcare, beginning with nursing homes, skilled nursing facilities, psychiatric facilities, hospice organizations, and VA-affiliated care environments.

This role exists to architect how clinical workflows, compliance requirements, and operational realities are translated into system design.

The Infrastructure Lead will define how Comply-X functions at its core, ensuring that workflows, documentation structures, escalation logic, and compliance triggers reflect how care is actually delivered, not how it is written on paper.

This individual will function as the system architect for real-world clinical operations inside the platform, converting frontline experience into structured, scalable infrastructure.

This is not an honorary advisory role. This is a deeply involved, high-impact role with direct influence over system architecture, workflow design, and operational intelligence.

Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)

Applicants must meet the minimum experience criteria outlined below.

This is a senior-level role requiring direct, hands-on experience in long-term care clinical operations and compliance execution.

The ideal candidate has held multiple of the following roles:

• Director of Nursing (DON) in long-term care or skilled nursing
• Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) with operational oversight
• Regional Director of Nursing (multi-facility oversight)
• Clinical Operations Leader within long-term care organizations
• MDS Coordinator with deep workflow understanding
• VP of Clinical Operations (SNF / Post-Acute)
• Clinical Consultant supporting multi-site facilities
• Healthcare Operations Leader managing survey readiness and care delivery

Hands-On Operational Experience Required:

• Daily clinical workflow execution inside long-term care environments
• MDS, care planning, and documentation workflows
• Incident reporting (falls, elopement, abuse allegations, injuries)
• Pressure injury documentation and prevention tracking
• Medication administration workflows and compliance documentation
• Staffing ratios and acuity-based scheduling challenges
• Admissions, discharges, and transfer coordination
• Interdisciplinary team coordination and breakdown points
• Real-world documentation gaps vs expected policy compliance

System-Level Insight Required

• Where clinical workflows break down in real environments
• Where documentation becomes reactive instead of proactive
• Why staff fail to maintain compliance under operational pressure
• Where EHR systems (PointClickCare, MatrixCare, etc.) fail to support real workflows
• Where compliance risk actually originates inside daily operations
• How facilities fall into repeat deficiency cycles
• Where leadership lacks visibility into real-time risk
• How operational pressure impacts documentation accuracy

This person must be able to identify not just what fails, but where and why it fails inside real workflows.

Responsibilities

Clinical Infrastructure Architecture

• Design how clinical workflows are structured within Comply-X
• Define how documentation should occur in real time, not retroactively
• Build workflow logic for patient status changes and care escalation
• Establish how compliance triggers integrate into daily operations

Workflow & System Design

• Define end-to-end clinical workflow structures across the platform
• Determine how high-risk patients trigger escalation pathways
• Design real-time documentation expectations vs delayed charting
• Ensure workflows reduce burden instead of increasing documentation fatigue
• Identify missing workflows, edge cases, and operational blind spots

Operational Reality Integration

• Ensure system reflects real staff behavior under pressure
• Align platform logic with actual facility workflows, not policy manuals
• Identify where staff shortcuts occur and why
• Build systems that account for human behavior, not ideal scenarios

EHR Gap Mapping & Replacement Logic

• Identify failures in current EHR systems (PCC, MatrixCare, etc.)
• Define how Comply-X replaces fragmented workflows
• Map where current tools fail to provide visibility or control
• Ensure centralized intelligence replaces scattered documentation systems

Deployment & Real-World Validation

• Guide pilot workflow design for real facility environments
• Identify resistance points from frontline staff
• Validate that workflows are usable under real working conditions
• Ensure system adoption is realistic, not theoretical

Long-Term Strategic Contribution

• Advise on future clinical workflow evolution
• Identify emerging operational risks in long-term care
• Shape product roadmap based on real-world clinical gaps
• Serve as internal authority on clinical infrastructure during investor diligence

Personal Profile Fit

This role requires someone who:

• Has lived inside broken clinical systems and understands why they fail
• Is frustrated with documentation that does not reflect real care delivery
• Has spent years navigating operational pressure and compliance demands
• Understands that policy does not match real-world execution
• Thinks in systems, workflows, and cause-effect relationships
• Values precision, accountability, and real solutions over theory
• Is not interested in passive advisory roles
• Wants to build the system they wish they had throughout their career

Time Commitment Expectation

• Ongoing strategic involvement throughout development
• Regular working sessions (not occasional check-ins)
• Active participation in workflow and system design
• Availability during key architecture and validation phases
• Commitment through development, pilot, and scale (minimum 2 years)

Why This Role Exists

Vyxyntra is not building another healthcare tool.

It is building infrastructure for how regulated care environments should operate.

That cannot be done without someone who understands how care is actually delivered under pressure.

This role exists to ensure the platform is not just intelligent, but usable, realistic, and aligned with the realities of long-term healthcare operations.
