Passive Prospecting helps real estate agents generate high-quality buyer & seller leads from creating YouTube videos, and without spending money on ads. We give them the strategy, systems, and support to turn their YouTube channel into a lead machine.


We’re hiring a Client Success & Team Manager to lead our client success team and directly manage a book of real estate clients going through our YouTube program.


What You’ll Do


You’ll split your time between leading the team and serving clients directly.


Team Management & Leadership


  • Manage a Client Success team of ~10 people
  • Run daily team huddles to review priorities, client issues, and action items
  • Hire, onboard, and manage video editors and other delivery staff as needed
  • Provide regular performance reports on each team member
  • Ensure standards are followed for client communication, delivery quality, and response times


Client Success & Account Management


  • Manage your own book of real estate agent clients
  • Meet with clients regularly on Zoom to review strategy, progress, and next steps
  • Push clients to complete the program, implement action items, and hit key milestones
  • Guide clients through our course and frameworks, answering questions and removing roadblocks
  • Host live trainings / Q&A calls for clients when needed
  • Track client progress in our systems and report on results, risks, and wins
  • Renew clients into our program once their initial term ends (you earn commission on renewals)


YouTube, SEO & Implementation Oversight


  • Oversee the uploading and publishing of client videos on YouTube (titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, scheduling)
  • Perform or oversee basic SEO optimization on YouTube channels (keywords, playlists, structure, etc.)
  • Coordinate with video editors to ensure on-time delivery and aligned expectations with clients



What We’re Looking For


  • 2+ years in Client Success / Account Management / Operations (agency, SaaS, or coaching program experience is ideal)
  • 1–2+ years of people management experience (team lead, supervisor, or manager)
  • Comfortable on Zoom, leading calls, handling objections, and hosting live trainings
  • Strong understanding of YouTube basics: uploading, titles, thumbnails, SEO fundamentals
  • Bonus: experience with real estate agents, marketing agencies, or video editing workflows
  • Highly organized, structured, and reliable with follow-through
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Driven by client outcomes, retention, and renewals



Compensation


  • Base salary: $80,000 CAD per year
  • Bonus commissions: $30,000–$60,000+ per year based on client renewals and performance
  • Full-time, remote role with growth potential as the company and team continue to scale
