This is a full-time remote position for a Client Relationship Manager. The role involves fostering and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and serving as a key point of contact. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, coordinating with internal teams, ensuring timely communication, and identifying growth opportunities within client accounts. This role will also involve managing client feedback, resolving any concerns, and proactively addressing customer needs to promote long-term partnerships.
- Client Relationship and Account Management skills, with a focus on maintaining and enhancing customer relationships.
- Strong Communication and Presentation skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams.
- Problem-Solving, Negotiation, and Conflict-Resolution skills to address client concerns and reach mutually beneficial solutions.
- Ability to conduct Data Analysis and provide insights to improve client satisfaction and business outcomes.
- Experience in CRM Software and other customer management tools is preferred.
- Proven ability to work remotely and manage multiple clients or projects simultaneously.
- Enthusiasm for AI-driven solutions and knowledge of Insight Genesis' target industries (finance, HR, education, or health) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is desirable.
