This is a fully remote, commission-based opportunity within TEEMA’s traditional, proven staffing model, offering autonomy, flexibility, and the backing of an established national firm.

The Opportunity

As a Client Manager at TEEMA, you will focus on developing and managing client relationships while driving new business within your specialty. This role is ideal for professionals who excel at opening doors, building long-term partnerships, and growing revenue in a consultative sales environment.

Preferred Backgrounds

We are specifically interested in candidates with business development experience in one or more of the following staffing verticals:

  • Healthcare
  • Legal
  • Accounting and Finance

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow new client relationships within your vertical
  • Drive business development efforts and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with recruiters and internal partners across North America
  • Operate independently while leveraging TEEMA’s full infrastructure and support
