Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Client Engagement Intern. The intern will assist with day-to-day tasks including client communication, enhancing customer engagement, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. The intern will also handle inquiries, gather client feedback, and support other client-related activities to improve the overall customer experience.


Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
  • Experience in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
  • Ability to enhance Customer Experience and manage Customer Engagement
  • Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Communication, or a related field
  • Refine demo presentation flows based on evolving use cases, feedback, and internal reviews.
  • Track and document client engagement and maintain CRM records and internal documentation.
