Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Client Closer Expert. In this position, you will oversee the entire client closing lifecycle. Responsibilities include engaging with potential clients, managing communication and inquiries, negotiating to finalize deals, handling escrow processes, and ensuring seamless client onboarding. You will work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain a high standard of customer service and achieve consistent deal closures.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and maintain relationships.
Expertise in Closings and Deal Closure, with a proven track record of successfully negotiating and completing agreements.
Experience in and knowledge of Escrow processes and related transactions is highly desirable.
Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting, with exceptional problem-solving and time management skills.
Proficient in CRM tools and other client management platforms.
Previous experience in a client-facing sales or business development role is a plus.
